i would keep the header pretty small. a 1.5" crossover and 1.75-2.0" into the turbo will be more then fine. run a 3" downpipe. as far as primarys, 1 5/8" is more then enough.

Can I ask why you would recomend that size of exhaust for my car? and i wanna buy a S-AFC for my a/f tuning and with that afc i can run a blow off valve on a mass air car instead of a by pass valve and you can tune a/f in increments of 500RPM.I wanna but the AVC-R as well for my car.I don't wanna rely on a aftermarket tune I much rather put my car on the dyno and do it myself.either ill have a good tune or ill just blower my car up because i dunno what im doing How much$ do you think a custom exhaust cost me? and what kind of front mount intercooler should i buy and i dont wanna buy a pro charger front mount.

i doubt it. from what ive seen, up to 600 (ive been told 700) hp, the 1.5" primarys are fine. depends on how much power you want to make.

all the intercoolers are the same, pretty much anyway. that procharger sheetmetal unit is nice. as far as S-AFC and AVC-R, thats greek to me. whatever will package in the confines of your engine compartment is what i recommend, what i said above will work fine on a 60-1.
