what size mass air and throttle body

I am looking to throw twin turbos on my 90 5.0 However I do not know what is the optimal size throttle body and mass air meter. I also do not know what size injectors I should go. I plan on running a maximum of 15 lbs at the track. I also know you need a blow through mass air instead of a suck through. Please can someone tell me what and where I should get my throttle body and mass air meter.

I'm running a 65motorsport TB, and a 75mm Pro-M. That should be well enough to get you well into the 10's before needing upgraded.
