There's a guy in New Orleans!!! Hahaha jk.
How far is STL?
Bob monks does a amazing job. He did my 94 and I've driven another car with his work. Great drivability on mine for sure.

I just looked up st. Louis Mustangs and Bob and he has a really good reputation it's hard in the car industry to not have bad things people say about you but I couldn't find anything on this guy sounds like he does really nice work . And is also very good tuner.

Best? As in money doesn't matter, or the highest possible RWHP, or superb street manners?

First you need to figure out what is best for you. Because your best and my best are probably different.

After countless "tunes" and combinations. The best tune I found was the box stock Pro-M EFI for my turbo car.
Stock block @ 17.2psi and north of 600whp. Best street manners of any fox I ever owned.
But that comes in a sacrifice to "best" rwhp. Also in a sacrifice to the pocket book.
Someone's best might be the cheapest tune to get near maximum WOT performance.
I've been down the road of best rwhp, and for my opinion it ain't the best tune.
Because you live near me I'd suggest Todd @ APS. He will bring in Casey or Kyle and get your EEC to work very well. But to think a 20 year old computer is best, is only 1 persons opinion.

APS just did another local On3 fox. Made great numbers and great street manners.

I choose to buy a computer and not have to rely on anyone to tune my car. For me, that is best.

Warning. With pro-m the price you see is not what you will pay for a lot of people. You need to have a proper aftermarket fuel system and EVERYTHING has to be perfect. If it's not the system will find it and you will have to usually upgrade stuff to keep the Pro-m happy

The internet price is the price I paid.
Stock fuel system will be fine for a stock block. Just a 255 pump upgrade and that's it. If your feeling the need to go bigger, there are plenty of injector options out there.
The SN 95 fuel system is completely adequate.

But the bigger question is why wouldn't you want a system working properly? To think otherwise is a head scratcher...

Careful on what you read on the interweb!!

Buy a Holley EFI system or one of the new AEM systems.

The Holley HP will self-tune after you enter the basic info.

The best thing I ever did was get rid of all that stock Ford EEC stuff and MS system and go to the Holley.

SVT what size pump do you have? I spent hours talking to Chris at pro-m about their system. There are a lot of small things you need to worry about with their kit

Cool Rock Steady thanks for asking it's I believe it's an Aeromotive lph 340. I bought this car a month ago but that's what the paperwork says everything else that I can see on the car seems to match the paper work.

As Tom mentioned above the Holley EFI stuff has shown to be a great EFI system. It may be more work initially but if you have the time it may be the best option for ya in the long run.
