Talking what size turbos

Thinking of the future motor build so just thinking out loud right now . Saw this pic and just love the very clean setup . So with an appropriate dart block big bore , AFR205 heads with forged internals to handle 1000rwhp+ what size of turbos would be needed for a 302 based sbf to 363 or a 351 based to 427 to make 1000rwhp . Like I said just thinking out loud right now .

85 Capri 310 , 10.1cr , solid roller cam 608"/614"x 242*/248* AFR 205 heads , 1 3/4" headers , super victor intake , holley 750DP , MSd ignition system and NOS 150 shot .

What, no AC? lol Just kidding. That's a Race Car..

Really tho, Garret has a calculator on their home page that will suggest tubos for your application. I think you need to divide displacement for the HP you want. For ex, if you want 500 HP 302ci with TT's you put in 250HP and 151ci.

I tried it and a bunch of Turbos come up. I think in general the smaller the unit, the faster the power will come on. You need to decide where you want the power in the power band.

GT35's and 45's are real popular. 2 are enough for 1000hp easy.

CXRACING offers a GT35 knockoff at an affordable price. It's not ball bearing, but so what.
