Any 2v guys ran a Turbonetics t72?

Ditching my on3 70mm but was curious about the clearance of Turbonetics t72 on the on3 piping. My 70mm is right up against the fan as it is.

I have no experience with the Turbonetics T72, but I do have a PTE 7175 that works really well for my setup. Spool is pretty fast and it gets up to 20 psi in a hurry.

I've ran a turbonetics hurricane 7268 and now a turbonetics t76. I notched my fan shroud with a roloc disc on a grinder and smoothed it out. Looks factory and gives a little more room

Sorry, late reply. I don't log on much. I was actually looking at the PTE 7175 too. That seems like a good turbo. Dyno numbers are good too.

I was wondering how you got a 76 in there. My 70 is an 1/8 from the shroud now. That was one of the main reasons I was originally looking at the Turbonetics T72. I found a low pro fan and shroud on JCP that might work and pulls decent CFM's. Do you have any pics of the clearancing you did on your shroud?
