ON3 fit issues

Has anyone had issues with the single FF kit where there isn't enough room to mount the turbo due to the fan shroud? I've seen posts about using an aftermarket slim fan but some claim to have cooling issues afterwards and others about moving the radiator forward 3/4". Just want to see if others have run into this and what you did. Thanks guys.
