Hot oil

With the weather being so nice I took my kiddos for a cruise in the car. My oil pressure runs around 70psi when cold. After a few pulls and some traffic it was down to around 20-25. It has always done this so its not out of character. My question is do I need an oil cooler. My gut tells me yes. I run full synthetic 10-30. What are other cars doing?
