Wastegate selection

Been trying to keep this as low kay as possible but im in a field im not super familiar with and im to the point now where I have to order some parts for building my hotside.

I know im going to need either a single large wastegate like the precision 66mm, or I could also run dual smaller gates like the 39mm units. Is their a benefit to running one or the other? THe price is near identical.

Also, should I be concerned with the size of my BOV? I not some are in the 40-50mm range and the precision is a 64mm unit.

What does the hot side piping and merge look like? Do the two pipes merge at the turbo flange or farther away leaving a long collector?

They have not been fabricated yet, but they are going to be a shorty header style setup near identical to the BG or the CG Fab pieces that are available.

From what Ive seen/read if both headers merge into one longer pipe before the turbo then one large WG can be used to vent that one pipe. If both headers merge directly at the turbo flange then two smaller WGs are needed to vent each pipe.
