Help with high IAT's

I have a 93' LX running twin turbos. On a 10.2 @ 142mph pass, my IAT rises from about 100 to 215-220. 90 degree ambient day, 7000' DA, if that matters. This is with a CX Racing 24x10x3.5 core intercooler. I know they aren't the best, but I expected it to work a little better than this. What I'm wondering is if its an airflow issue or just a poor intercooler. I'm thinking of trying a GT front bumper as it looks like it might flow better. Anyone have any experience with running an LX vs GT bumper? Or will it not make much difference?

Need more info.

What size turbos (even though your sig shows 70mm, need to know exh A/R)
Seeing how much boost?
What size downpipes?
What size coldside pipes?
How many bends? How many 90' or loop back bends?

All of this can change how efficient your boost is applied.

Pics would be nice to see routing, etc.
