Help me with my MAF selection and setup.
I am planning on doing a budget 400 rwhp turbo kit for my car.
I'm using a 62mm ( compressor ) 65-->56mm ( turbine ) with an internal wastegate that I will try to put it right at the header exits ( if possible else at front). For fuel a 255 lph fuel pump and I have ordered 60 lb injectors and snow water/methanol injecton.
The only thing that is left is the MAF selection, since there are no tuning options in Turkey I am using my sniper special forces and an AEM wideband for tuning and the maf selection in the software does not permit a slot style maf.
My selections are the lightning MAF or BA-3000. Can I use any of these as a blow through maf?
If yes, I am planning on using 2.5” intake piping so if I expand the pipe to 90mm around 8” before the maf will this affect readings?
Finally if I must use them as a draw through will I be fine? I've read that intercooler piping might affect the readings.
