Head gasket/stud questions

Before I install my turbo kit, I figured I better change head gaskets and stud it while it's torn apart. I removed the water pump today to find white milky stuff in the ports on timing chain cover and there was build up in the water pump.

It's a stock 302 with stock e7's, was going to use the felpro 9333-pt1 gasket. Anyone know the ARP part # for the studs that I need
