Considering turbo build, couple ?'s

I'd like to do a turbo setup on my Coupe and was considering the following combo.

The car already has all the mods listed in my sig, and I wanted to run an On3 kit with a MP70 turbo, new v band clamps, and better AN fittings for the oil filter relocation kit (as I have read that those seem to be the more common issues with the On3 kit.)

Are there any more immediate issues I should be aware of before I begin to tackle this? I'd like to buy all the parts I need before I start. The main reason I am looking to run the On3 kit is I have a stock block, and I can only take it so far power-wise. The way I look at it, I can break it for $1500 or I can break it for $5500. Down the road when finances allow, I'll look into a better kit, but for now on a budget with the stock block limiting overall power, the On3 kit seems to fit the bill.

Last question, with TW170 heads, track heat intake, tfs1 cam, and my other bolt ons, what kind of power can I expect out of the MP70 at conservative boost levels, say, 10-12 psi? (Assuming of course proper fuel, and all that jazz.)

Ah yes, I read that about the MAF as well, thanks for the reminder. You think I should go larger than a 255 lph right off the bat?

Yes go larger than the 255lph, dont ever ever short on the fuel system. Rule of thumb is to have enough to support double the power your planning to make. Put a stock cam back the car also, it will be faster than the TFS1 cam you currently have. 42lb injectors with a matching MAF too. Is this car an auto or stick? Either way you may end up having to ditch those 3.73s too.

I love having the stock cam...the car is a beast..Boost comes in fast and the car drives stock...until you hit the go pedal...lol...I went with the 340 lph fuel pump...the more i think about it i should have went with 60 lb injectors i can also do that and re-tune it...

500 wheel is easily obtainable with that combo. Mine made 510 @ 12 pounds with a safe tune with the combo in my sig.
