What are you using to vent the crankcase? Too much crankcase pressure will restrict the oil return flow back into the pan.

When does it smoke? At idle, while cruising or while under boost?

How big is the vent on the tank you route your valve covers to? It would need at least a 1.5-2" opening and filter on it.

What is your oil pressure, what size feed and drain lines on the turbo?

how much oil pressure does your car make, anything more than 30-35 can be rough on your average turbo..... restrictors are sometimes necessary.

Barring any internal engine failures, this points to either a bad turbo seal or a kinked/blocked/otherwise restricted turbo oil return line.

Install a restrictor

Also, is the drain line down hill the whole way?

For that pressure go to a 3an feed and run a .065 restrictor. I have similiar oil pressure and had to run the restrictor.
