Turbo Filter Help

I am working on a customers car he just got. It has a turbo with a 100mm opening GT45 masterpower, and its running open on a street car. Its real close to the radiator support but I want to put a filter on it. any ideas? not a lot of room and screen seem to really cut down on flow.

I used Spectre number 8168 on my car. It fits 3, 3.5, and 4in inlets and its just under 4in tall. I got it at advance auto for like 25 bucks. Its the smallest filter i could find for a decent price.
