Turbo Kit Finally Finished

Just got my car back from the dyno yesterday and let me tell you, this car is a blast to drive!. Currently its making 420rwhp and 498rwtq on 11lbs. I'm having some crankcase pressure issues, but I dont have a very good vent system up top. (Driver side valve cover has an air breather and the passenger side is capped) And im pretty sure my pcv valve is clogged but im just gonna delet it and run a rubbers hose out of it and tie it into my valve cover and then into a catch can. My plans are to up the boost to 15lbs and shoot for upper 400's to even 500.

Engine:
DSS 331ci with main girdle
Trickflow Heads/ Stg2 TF Cam
Cobra upper and lower intake
Deleted smog and ac
Boost Brothers Turbo Kit T67 / 11lbs

Built T-5 (currently in the market for a tko500 or 600, let me knowif you have one)

Are you sure the valve cover breather is the problem? On my old setup, I had a breather on the right side and the left valve cover had no vent hole. The pcv valve rear of the intake was blocked off completely. I also had a -10an hose going from the oil filler neck on the right side valve cover to a catch can. So basically the right side valve cover was the only ventilation. My combo was a Dss 331 with a vortech s trim @ 10psi. I had zero problems with crankcase pressure. How many mile are on the engine or is it a new build? ....Your car looks clean btw

What is your compression ratio? It just seems you should be making a little more power with 11psi to me. My old 331 setup with 9.3:1cr made 451rwhp @10psi with a vortech blower and a auto transmission...I think a turbo with a manual transmission should make a little more. You got any clips of the dyno?

Engine has maybe 2000 miles on it. Its not like terrible shooting oil everywhere bad. The tuner just noticed it having some oil around the valve cover filter after each pull. That and my dipstick has been modified so it doesnt have a very good seal on it and would move up a little bit. Ive done a leak down test on it prior to the turbo kit and its fine. He said if I open up the passenger side valvecover and turn them into a catch can it should be fine. I was a little puzzled on my numbers as well. Expecially since it made so much tq over hp. My tuner said it could be due to the TF cam. He's never been to impressed with them.

I believe the compression ration is 9.1 but not totally sure. I am not the orignal purchaser of the engine. I have the paperwork at home to check though.

I do not have a clip of it at the dyno I was at work when they did the pulls.

Hoping to do a wire tuck and repaint the engine bay shortly. Still need to get a damn turbo blanket.

Thats what I said....

I was pissed when my 4.6 2v 281 cu inch motor only made 420 rwhp on 8.5-9 psi through an auto

hmm. I dont know. Car still feels as fast as my 00gt 2valve that cranked 511rwhp at 14psi. But that also can be due to the 498tq it makes. Im not gonna complain. But Im still going back for a second pull on the dyno within the next month so we will see.

Dyno numbers are just numbers. Under hood looks really clean and probably a blast to drive.
