need cam advice

DOH!!! i think i found why my new car is so slow tonight when i pulled the head to change gasket:

car is a 94 gt with boost brother t67 kit, 12 psi, supposely rebuilt engine
engine is in fact a 86 roller block
that mean flat top pistons with no valve relief, e6se garbage head topped with less than ideal 94 intake mismatched intake ports

the clown that put this disgrace togheter put a f303 cam in it. clearance seem to be fine.

should i put a stock ho cam or keep the f303?
