Problem in boost only

I have an 04GT with the On3 kit, mostly stock other than that. Car runs perfectly unless it sees any boost, then it jerks hard like the spark cut out or something, but doesn't die. Then its fine again unless I get into any boost. Doesn't matter if it's WOT or not, any boost does this in any gear.

The car has been running great turbo'd for the last year or so, and the other day I put a Tial bov, stiffer wastegate springs, and tightened up all the cold side connections. I drove it twice since then, once it was fine in the boost, and yesterday it was raining too much. Today is when I noticed the problem. I tried disconnecting the battery, checked all connections, and even took the bov off and put it back on to make sure.

Any idea on what could cause this?

What type of plugs and what are they gapped at?

Gap around .035 as you might be blowing out the spark!

Edit: guess I should have read on... are the plugs old?

Yeah it was dyno tuned back when I first put the turbo on. I'll check the plugs to see.

I'd guess one or two bad coils.
If its a bad COP it will usually throw a code for the cylinder thats misfiring.
