62mm Turbo safe on a 50k 5.0?

I am possibly picking up a 91 coupe with 50k on a rebuilt motor. Along with the car comes a complete 62mm Precision Turbo kit.
It currently has a B cam (love the lope!), I'd obviously wanna go with some sort of custom cam, or bare minimum an F cam.
But I want this car to be perfectly streetable. Will the turbo maintain good driveability and be worry free/reliable?
I don't want to be cracking a block.
How much boost can I run SAFELY? What kind of #s would I be looking at?

its enough to split the block. as long as you keep the boost down it should be fine

My car is making the numbers in my sig on a 100k mile stock block with Fel-Pro 1011-1 head gaskets, ARP head bolts and a Systemax II intake. Keeping the block in tact is a matter of your tune. As long as that is right on and you don't have detonation, you'll be fine. The 62mm will be fine. You could probably get away with a 70mm without problems.

ran a 62mm on a 120k stock long block for 3 years.. its all in the tune and keeping the the HP/boost at safe levels for the stock block.

drove it on 12 hour road trips with no issues.

NEVER do business with Sam Rivera AKA Sam Wilson.
