No mufflers with single turbo?

On diesel trucks it's not to loud running straight pipes. So I'm curious how single turbo 4.6 would sound just down pipe straight back to axle and dumped?

I have had my pushrod base car with open downpipe and 3.5 fully open bullet muffler.

The open downpipe is far louder and doesn't sound great.

Put a free flowing muffler on it!

I run the summit racing straight throughs. I also had the summit wanna be flow masters on too.. Straight throughs sound better actually quieter cruising until you get on it then straight through are louder.

It is loud and is shizzy sounding at lower rpms, but at WOT my car sounded mean...now I have a glasspack and a full boar muffler (magnaflow, but cheaper and flows more, yet still stainless). No sound clips till its fired up.....I hope in about 2 weeks.

Sorry... A straight-piped turbo-diesel IS too loud. Maybe not in the truck at cruising speed, but WOT or even just taking off from a traffic light, it's obnoxious.

On your car, the correct muffler will sound better.

Where the #### are our picture signatures??
