brake master vs downpipe

got a twin set up on my 93 coupe and the driverside down pipe is really close to the master cyl. ive called wilwood to check my options and all they have is one that has remote resevores and the mounting is up and down instead of side to side. its still as long as the stock which means its still gonna get hot. i dont wanna go manual brakes cause i have the big brake kits so it would defeat the purpose. anyone had this problem. i need a shorter in lenth master that will work with the cobra brakes and no i dont see the point in a 4 banger booster. car is done and i wanna drive safely. please send ideas or a part # for master cyl. thanks
