there isn't much you have to change the kit doesn't come with. They can provide most of the fuel parts you need as well, just call them! We had ours running in a weekend.

you dont have to upgrade anything if you dont want to..i have just about every suspension mod made already and full subframes.

the kit comes complete and the CD rom instructions are pretty good and there is pictures too..

you will need:

injectors
matching meter made for blow through (PMAS) dont use a C&L..they are JUNK
walbro 255
fuel pressure regulator
rubber caps
rubber hose
check valve for PCV (so you dont get blow by in boost)

I am glad your happy with your kit. I've had to cut and redo a 1,700 turbo kit. I orderd my kit for them last summer and my kit looks nothing like your or anybody else. They had my intercooler piping going thru the passager side fender, and my wastegate pipe was welded to the passager side header insted on it being in the cross over pipe like everbody else. I didnt get no instructions with my kit and i had to cut and redo my cross over pipe, wastegate pipe, intercooler piping and my down pipe. Nothing fit right. But I am glad On 3 performance did you right!!!

Yes, I called On 3 about the issues. I asked for instructions, but they never sent no instructions. I email chad, he said it was weird i was having these problems. I am pissed because i orderd a kit just like yours man, and they send me some crap that i didnt orderd plus with no instructions. So i spend 1700 in the same kit you have with no problems, but they send me some different crap. So i had to spend more money to redo the turbo kit. If i knew this i could have orderd a turbo kit from brain at B&G, but no i orderd my kit from On 3 then nobody wants to help me. But its cool.

Plus i had to cut my bumper all to h*** to make this kit work.

Sucks you had problems man. Did you ask them about returning the kit for the other one? I'm pretty sure to fit an intercooler that siz up front and keep your a/c you would have to cut the bumper covr no matter what kit it was. I've seen some hacked up pretty bad and some that actually look pretty good. I guess it comes down to how much time you put into the install. I got 5 hours into trimming my bumper cover.
