Why does the tq and hp not cross at 5250? Sorry to be that guy, but those #'s are pretty high for Performer heads and 5psi (assuming you have a .4 spring). I don't know how spinning on the dyno could effect #'s if it did. But if you're using a .4 spring, I guesstimate you're making ~520 lb-ft before boost.

Don't mean to rain on your parade, and I could be missing something just going by what's in your sig. Anyway, sweet turbo coupe

Scotty we need more power!!!

I have heard/seen some live around that level not driven a whole lot. I have also seen a fair amount let go. Drop the boost maybe a little if you are worried compared to where it was on the dyno. If not, let it rip, enjoy, and have a little luck on your side. Its going to be a beast!

not sure but it has a 5 pounds spring on the wg, .... an power that put down was what people were saying it would be around! trq????? really dont know why so much??? i was like 628 trq wow?? What i meant on spinning affect a true hp an trq number? that why they made us sit in the trunk for better traction an still spun the tires.....

What was your reason for going with the smaller spring? I'm asking as I had to do the same, the factory spring was not controlling boost, I was hitting 15lbs. I'm seeing 6lbs with the smallest spring.

Thats the biggest numbers I've seen with the On3 kit and only 5lbs, good work and start looking for a stout block

1990 Coupe, 302/AOD, stock cam/short block, AFR 165's, 3.55's. Working on a N/A stroker build.

I whent whit a 5 psi spring bec the stock wg was giving me 10 pounds of boost an the tuner said that whit 10 pounds i would be in the 550-575 ....... on a stock block i said no thanks lol i was really looking for high 400s or LOW 500s.... but never came that i would make that much torque 628.....

Sounds just like my problem; that stock spring almost cost me an engine hitting 15lbs. I'm steady at 6lbs now and if I want more I'll install at boost controller.
