What are good good reading on a Wideband W/turbo

I have a On3 Turbo on my 02 GT and was wondering what my wideband readings should be? I was told by my tuner 12-12.5 at WOT (just about impossible to look at while at WOT)but what should the readings be while just driving or sitting at the light ? Im seeing around 14.5 . The car smells like its running rich at times.
I also have flomaster 44s and am wondering if they are hurting my setup being chambered mufflers.

well im soon going to write a good write up about this. im having chris from "Power adder Solutions" tune my car. (very great guy) just dont rush him....hahaha

every tuner does have there own ideal WOT a/f ..... i have run nitrous, blower, and now a turbo. i like my a/f readings to be in the 11.0 / 11.5 range. thats best for street use. and a lot safer on the motor. but thats me. hope this helps you out.

also message chris, or give him a call. im sure that he can work with you.

I've got 19* timing with 5lbs of boost, and my wideband and datalog are showing 11.5-11.8. thats where my car did great. But i know every car is different.
