Lets see some flipped stock header DIY setups

I'm going to do version 2.0 and would like to see what other people are doing. I have another set of stock headers and am thinking that I will move the turbos closer to the collector rather than the sort of "remote" way I had them in version 1.0.

Also, I am running the IHI t-bird RHB5s. This time I want a really nice outlet. Thinking of taking 1/2 inch plate steel and making an outlet with a V-band connection on it. This time, the down pipe will go to a cut off H-pipe so that they can be joined on a horizontal plane.

im in for some pics..as will be doing my own diy setup here soon..

your using some stock headers for this??

Yep. My first version of this with stock headers worked well. I kept all the emmission stuff too. A turbo manifold from stock headers should be better than a log manifold. I will post up some pics of version 1.0

version 1.0 Notice that the turbos are somewhat away from the collectors. I think that led to the eventual cracking of the pipes
