Sallen/vortech intake Q's inside

Does anyone or is anyone using a saleen/ vortech 5.0 intake with the extra injector bungs on the side? Im looking for pictures of this set-up being used with the extra injectors. Im looking at adding a set of injectors to my boxed upper, but need to see how the fuel system is ran. Im thinking of using a y block to distribute the fuel to the fuel rail for these injectors. Any help in this direction is grealt appreciated.

With the variety of injectors available today, why add a second set? Afterall, people added a set because nothing was readily available.

I had one for awhile, still running the lower, ported with a Cartech Hurricane box upper.

I almost added Nitrous jets into those bungs. Thought it woulod make a good place for a fogger set up.

The only reason is budget really, and I noticed my injector duty cycle went to max a few days ago, you can wire the other injectors into the main injector harness and not have to recalibrate the mass air aswell, This method is still used today actually, take a look at Proline Race Engine owner Eric Dillard , he drives a black hatch with a twin fuel rail set-up but with 16x160lb injectors lol thats alot of fuel.... Im gonna get the parts needed this weekend from the local pull-a-part and should have no more then $50 and a days worth of time in it. I will keep you guys posted.

those cars are running Alcohol, that is the reason for 2 sets of injectors...Now Mike Moran has baddass injectors out and most of them have switched back to 1 set..

And it never seemed to work well back when they were sold new. Maybe today people can get them to work better.
