Boost is boost? So cam choice doesnt count? Intake? Header design? Exhaust system?

Without knowing the entire combination this question is impossible to answer.

Put it on and then tell us. Guess my power numbers has been covered a million times. It depends on your setup, tune, what dyno your on, lbs of boost, etc.... There is nobody here that can tell you how much power your going to make.

Well I had that kit with a Precision 63mm. Never dynod or tuned other than by track times and feel. At 17 psi (at the top end with boost creep, turbo probably maxed out) it ran 110 mph in the 1/8 and about 3250 lbs. Simple stock block, lil cam, TW's, cobra int, c4, 3.73's on 28" et streets.

110 in the 1/8 should be almost 140 in the 1/4 (assuming it would have made it out alive after that second 1/8 lol), so the math says it was well over 600 hp with a hillbilly tune. Not sure if that really answers your questions, but hope it helps some.

Wow - maybe I should put a match to my car.

100lbs lighter, low 1.4 60's, much better heads, better intake, C4, bigger turbo, etc.... but i'm only getting 105 in the 1/8th

You must have run some fairy dust mixed in with your gas.

Not unless the shop I got Turbo Blue at did so. I did have a lucky rabbits foot though.

I may have been running on the ragged edge of lean, never had a wideband on it, but didn't ever hurt anything. Timing was 10 base, so total timing may have been higher than many combos I've read about.
