TFS 1 or F cam for a turbo setup?

Discuss... I can get my hands on either one. Just trying to decide which is the best option and not because "I have one and love it" but why one is actually better than the other. Thanks in advance.

F cam has more intake duration, which is good for turbo. I plan to swap my TFS1 over the winter, for an F.

Yeah I assumed the F cam was the better choice of the 2 for a turbo car.

I ended up going with a Comp cam.

Specs are

215/220
.533/.544
114lsa

It ought to sound very mild and should work well with the turbo.

The fcam would have been a better choice.

It'll work fine. There are a few guys over on turbomustangs.com that have run that same grind with great results. Jimmy and Nathan at HP Performance recommended that cam to me a few years ago as well.

Yeah it's what my buddy recommended that builds my car and he hasn't steered me wrong yet.
