Tuning after installation etc.

What do you most guys do about the first start up after installing turbo?
I was kinda thinking of seeing if anyone does like mail in tunes so i can actually drive it b4 i get it tuned so i can make sure everything goes smooth at the dyno. And with all the changes i was told the car would not even start with 60lbs. I could def use some advise with some people with experience.
My set up is a on 3 performance 4v kit, turbonetics 60-1, turbosmart wastegate, 60lbs, 03 cobra pumps.
Any info would be great

I run 60's and a pmas hpx mass air and it started up after 2-3 tries and after that would start right up and idle perfectly... now my tuner said not to drive it that way so I didnt I just towed it to his shop.

i just got my flash tune by email on my 4.6 after putting my turbo on with 60lb injectors, 05+slot style MAF, cams, etc. and it started fine now, still fixing small things, but my tuner told me its fine to drive, just dont go into boost all crazy and stuff just to get it to his shop to dyno. call him and ask. his name is Justin at VMP tuning. plus you wanna fix all the leaks and issues before you take it to get tuned. that will make it less stressful for your tuner to have to deal with.

Your tuner ld be able to send you a tune to get it running. You would need a xcal to load the tune.

You will have to find a tuner that uses that software.
