so my question is has anyone ran one of these with the kind of combo that i have.its going to be more of a street car just curious how they are.look below for a list of parts i have.

We currently have a similar 351 combo together now. Dyno'd the motor with a carb and low profile dual plane intake for simplicity reasons only. We have the box intake and think it should work well.

The box R intake and the Victor are said to be good choices. We decide not to go with the victor because of having to change the cold side piping location and the added cost of the elbow.

Horse Power TV had an episode with a 400" turbo motor with TFS R heads and the box intake that made around 1,300hp.

I think the box R intake is a good choice for your combo.

We use one on our '95 with a 357 and a PT88 turbo - makes great power and drivability is fine. It needed the biggest hood we could find though.

Ours is a 351W based motor too and a convertible - no way would it even come close to closing when we had a Cobra R hood for it. You just need a bigger hood - no pics - sorry!
