ok going turbo in new project and this is what i have to Work with. Need Advice!!

Ok, So i know little to nothing about turbos and what route to take.

just picked up an SN95 and i have the following to put in the car.

This is the motor out of my fox (its getting a big motor with spray)

351w .030 over 10.8:1 static compression

Ross Flat tops, eagle h beams, scat cast crank, 94 hyd roller block.

SCE ICS gaskets, Victor Jr heads, Victor EFI intake

Tranny is a tko 600

First Item on the list... get the compression down!!

Either change out the flat tops to dished pistons, or change heads to a 70cc combustion chamber and a
.060" gasket would give me 9.2 static compression

after all said and done it would probably cost about the same.

Which should i do?

Second Item and more important....

What turbo should i go with i dont knwo the first thing about picking one out...

I want streetability.... and the potential to make about 700+ RWHP
i want to keep the factory computer and put a chip on it also.

Just from what i have seen i think a 76mm would be good but i know nothing about the AR or the types of turbos or what brands, etc.

Any opinions/facts would be very appreciated!

91 coupe 65k miles - 428w 9.5:1 compression, TFS 225cnc HP, Accufab Midlengths 3 inch Mac exhaust. FTI Cam, super victor EFI, 60lb injectors - TKO600

Just swap heads, forget the .060 head gaskets

T-76 turbo should get you what you want.
Might want to go ahead step up to a 78-80mm turbo though.
GT-42 or GT-45 turbo would be good choice as well.

run biggest a/r you can find.

Master Power, Garrett, Precision, Turbonetics ........ all good brands
