Its fun on the street but I think the manual is funner... but for the track I had so much fun last night with the auto
It holds abotu 12 psi and creeps up to 14 or so by end track

Pretty close numbers for you and I - 12psi and mid 10's

What is your converter setup as? Stall?

What 60's are you getting out of the car - and how much boost are you seeing at launch?

Footbrake or Transbrake?

converter is about 3800, I have the 2 step at 3500.. I was leaving right off the brake and was pulling 1.7's, coupld friends suggested I bring the 2 step down below the stall and it made a huge difference.
On those passes I was seeing low 1.5's, seeing about 8psi sitting on the brake.

Any problems keeping the trans cool ? what are you using for a trans cooler? Is the AODE manually only? any delay when shifting gears?

I would check the temp. With mine it would climb to 220 in no time with a single trans cooler I had to add two.

Sounds like our timeslips would mirror each others. Same results for my car although I should be cutting in the 1.4's - i'll keep working on it until I hit that goal.

If I were you I'd be worried about that front wheel drive terror that ran after you

Seems as though your camera man was just as entertained by that car as I was...nice run though. Gotta love turbo's. Have you ever ran at Bithlo? Looks like Moroso is a MUCH better track. Might have to cruise down there one night!

Can't knock him....I said the same thing, but took tko out of turbo hatch, put it in my 351 coupe and c4 installation began today. Can't wait to make a pass without the boost gauge falling off in shifts. Rich, where did you put the trans cooler? Looks awful tight.

Rich, great vids man! I'm hoping to have mine out there soon! I put an AODE in mine before I got it running, but I'm totally digging the AODE so far. I haven't tried launching mine off of the 'brake yet, but definitely itching to do so! I probably missed it, but what psi are you seeing during those runs?

Thanks... I was just a bit curious due to having a similar setup (although my trans cooler is in a different location). When cruising mine gets up a bit warmer, but when I beat on it a bit it goes to around 200. I was having some cooling issues due to the "DC Controller" I had on the car, but now that has been removed. Do you go to any of the car meets over in PSL??
