E-85 80lb injectors ????

How much RWHP can you make safely with E-85 and 80lb injectors? My setup made 678rwhp with 60lb injectors 93 octane and water meth. 331ci with 76mm turbo.

Also I have 8 new 160lb injectors (never installed) for sale $312 shipped. Will be selling used 60lb injectors in about a week. (843)601 3298

I will be no help to your question but would like to get some more details on your combo! I have a 331 being built now and plan to run a 67 to 76 mm turbo as well on E85. Your 670+ hp is what I hope to make as well, got a neighbor with a new Z06 that needs to be quieted down

JDUBU, I would definately go with 76mm that way you can achieve the power you want without so much boost. I have a dart block Dart Pro 1 195cc heads and a custom fuel system.

I made 787RWHP through a non locking AOD, 352, 76mm turbo, 83's, E85 AND meth injection set at a "safe" 11.2:1 A/F at 15psi. My injectors were at 92% D/C with a base FP at 52psi. I would have loved to turn the boost up more but had no more injector. I have since added a 2nd meth nozzle now and can run about 18psi.

I made a mistake! The new injectors are 160s not 120s..

How much HP are you looking to make? Why don't you run the 160's (if needed of course).

What brand 160's are they?

I need a injector driver for the 160s, and I don't want to do all the splicing. I got a set of high imp. 80s and I plan to go to dyno tomorrow. The 160s are Bosch

Toutlaw, since you are going from pump to E85, you will need approx 30% more fuel. Switching from 60 lb inj to 80 lb inj is approx 30% larger, so you would be making approx the same power at the same duty cycle. Cheers.

Ok, I made 618 rwhp and 715rwtq on the E85. Injectors didn't max out but the A1000 did. Going to try a KB boost a pump and maybe hookup my methanol injection to get a bit more rwhp.
