Trying a oil separator!

I just installed a smaller oil separator on my twin turbo 2004 Mustang GT. Here is my question. Do I need to leave the K+N valve cover breather on the driver side so the crankcase can get fresh air? What happens if I tee into the line and have the pcv suck from both valve covers into the oil separator. I have 2 pcv valves from the turbo dodges in line to try to stop the crankcase pressure problem. I have not drove the car yet since it has been raining for 2 days now so I do not know how it is going to run. Had the 2 breathers on and it seemed to work not too bad but I was curious as to how this new set up will run.

Left the breather on and used 2 90 degree elbows so that the oil does not get up to the filter. Used the 2 dodge turbo pcv valves in the pcv line. One at the valve cover and one at the nipple. Seems to work good no smoke at all while driving the car during warmup. Nothing under 10psi boost either.
