what the heck size flange is this?

I've got my new On3Performance turbo kit in. I upgraded to the 76mm turbo with a q-trim turbine side.

I was mocking everything up today and found that the turbo does not match up the flange on my header.

I measured it and the flange on the header is a T4 flange like it is supposed to be, it's the turbo that is funky. It's too big to be a T4 flange and too small to be a T6 flange. The bolt holes line up, up and down on the T4 flange, but the bolt spacing is about 1/4 to 3/8" too wide to bolt to the header.

I can't find any information about this turbo on masterpower's website. The part # on the box is 810049100 and it says it is a MPS04E/T-series turbo.

Here are some pictures to show the differences.

Here is the flange on the turbo as measured from outside to outside on the bolt holes.

And here is that same measurement compared against the bolt pattern on the header. As you can see, it doesn't even fit on the flange.

Josh, Didn't know you were going turbo.

They say what goes up must come down but I ain't reached my cruising altitude.
Take a look at what I did but can you imagine what I'm about to do.

I threw a B&G turbo kit on my daily driver 95 and LOVED it.

So I sold the fox-rod and I'm building a coupe with a FRPP Boss block and a 76mm turbo.

Its a "divided" T4 flange on the turbo. They are different

You need to put one of these on your hotside pipes
http://www.extremepsi.com/store/cust...cat=664&page=1
or get a non-divided inlet turbo.

Nice job of On3 to sell you a turbo that doesnt fit their own

I would get them to replace your hotside parts with one with the right
turbo mounting flange on it.

This is a non standard turbo that I requested. The normal upgrade is to a p-trim turbine that has a non divided flange. I thought the q-trim would fit, but I guess I was wrong. I'll grab a flange tomorrow in town and weld it on.
