Help with Pistons for my 408

I have a 408 with JE flat top piston I think there are 13:1 pistons but I going to make my stang turbo. What piston do you all recommend? I want to be at 8.5: 1

How long is the rod?

compression

You will have trouble getting a 408 down that low. The 4" stroke creates so much compression. Even with a 22cc dish with a 64 cc chamber it would be around 9.5:1. You would probably need a 70cc chamber and some thick head gaskets to get it even close.

9.5 would make more power and would be a lot easier to come by

I am going to Probes -33.8cc dish piston which will net me 9.2:1
