What gains to expect from boost controller?

I wanted to see what you guys think.
Last time out my car ran 10.37 @ 140 w/ 60' 1.66 on 7 psi boost, leaving without boost.
It also trapped 148.8mph rolling into it from 2nd gear at 16 psi.
If everything works as planned this weekend, I'll be leaving at a few pounds of boost on a 2-step and ramping in the boost from 7 to 16 down track.
If my 60' doesn't get worst, what ET and trap speeds gains would you expect?
Looking to get some video this weekend too.
Thanks, J

I would estimate 9.7 with the same 60 ft. Cheers.

I'd say faster then that, 150mph is no joke.. I'd hope for a mid-low 9. Got a local friend running 9.30's with only 140mph as well in a Camaro, so I wouldn't see how he couldn't do the same with almost 10mph more as long as it hooks.

Like I said, my estimate on 9.7 is based on you having the same 60 ft. Obviously you could get low 9's if you pull a 1.4 60 ft. Cheers.

Thanks guys.....the answer was [email protected] with a 1.51 60' and only 15psi.
Lots left in the car and the AMS controller is definitely cool.
Finally got a 9 second pass with DRs and a street 5-speed, very pleased.

Congrats on the 9's. I didn't realize you were running a manual, 9's are a lot tougher to get with a street 5 spd. Cheers.

Congrat!

Now put an auto in it and run 8's. hahaha

When you can hook with good boost on the 2 step, ramp in the boost fast and run big boost it will be an animal! Keep us posted!

Wow. Congrats on the 9 second pass...very impressive. Curious, how are you launching the car to get it to hook on the DR's? Seems a lot of much slower stick cars struggle to hook on DR's (including me), but you seem to make them work. Are you slipping the clutch quite a bit?
