Couple Questions??

I want to run a Turbo with methanol and no intercooler.
How feasable is this?
I have a friend that owns a diesel shop who can get me a turbo.
On the engine in my sig does anyone know what turbo would be good for 600whp?
thanks, Mike

Cheaper than VHT and works great.
So sticky it will practically pull your shoes off, just like the movie theater

I would run a 76 with a .96 ex housing. You should be able to make 600RWHP with 10-12psi.

At lower boost you should be able to get away with just a meth kit. Do you have E85 by you?

Absolutely. We've worked with a lot of non-intercooled turbocharged customers doing the same thing on pump gas and now E85 since the octane rating for E85 is only 105. If you would like to discuss this in more detail feel to give me a call at 801.447.2559

"0nly" 105 octane. Actually it is rated at 105 octane on the gasoline scale which is not fair. In reality it is more like 115 octane due to its cooling abilities. If you run E85 you do not have to run meth injection. I run meth injectio with E85 because my injectors are maxed out and I don't want to go any bigger that what I have right now so I mainly use it as a fuel source.

I know guys running 30psi on E85.

You pump on E85 might be close on E85 at 600RWHP. Not sure what lines you are running.

I have -8 feed and -6 return, would larger ones be needed for E85?
And I have a SCT flip chip so I could do a tune for the E85 and pump gas..

I think you will be ok with the lines. What size injectors are you running?

You will probably need bigger injectors to make 600RWHP on E85.

I put down 787RWHP with 83's on 52psi base FP with running a meth kit for additional fuel. I was over 90% DC on the injectors.
