from supercharger to turbo need help

i was running a powerdyne supercharger only running 8 lbs of boost no inner cooler now i went to turbo with inner cooler would i need to change anything in my tuning i have 45 lb injectors i have a 9 to 1 comp. motor now that i am running a inner cooler how many pounds of boost can i run i have felpro multi layer headgaskets

Even at the same boost pressure they turbo will flow a different amount of air than the supercharger and have a different boost curve, so yes you'll need to change the tune.
As far as how much boost you can run with MLS gaskets that depends on a bunch of stuff, what parts and turbo do you have? Need a lot more info. to really help you out.

what kind of tuning will i need to do i have found that where i had the vaccum line hooked for the supercharger wont work with the turbo the car wont idle for sh*t when i unhook one of the vaccum it will then stop missing and idle the vaccum line has a small black canister with a t hooked to it and a electical plug on the other end of it not sure what this is .
as far as tuning the only guys i know that do tuning here in michigan is pauls performance but i cant afford 2000 dollars for them to tune it any other suggestions thanks

I doubt they charge 2000 to tune, and you still didnt answer the questions he asked

Been out of the game since 2011.. looking to get back in in 2019

biminilx tell me what kind of parts you need to know with the supercharger i was running to fuel pumps a 255 in the tank and a big inline pump 45 lb injecters, a 61 trim turbo i think it is turbotronics it is the kit that boostbrothers build and sell go to boostbrothers.com have a 75 mm elda throt.body, i think i have a 70 mm maf holly systemax intake i have a mallory hyfire 6 ignition system now right now i dont have my o2 sensor hookup and i drove my car abought 5 miles and now it is missing bad is it because i dont have the o2 sensors hookup and fouled out my plugs please please help me what do i need to buy to tune it someone said somthing about a wide band o2 sensor

All your parts sound fine, I would seriously consider spending the money and having a professional tune it for you before you hurt the motor. You don't necessarily need an expensive stand-alone like FAST as an SCT chip in the stock computer can work but a wide-band standalone is best.
Call Lidio or Bob Kurgan (good guy on here, just search) and talk to them.
