Single t-76 on a lightning

Well after working on my truck here and there for a few months i am finally driving it again woohoo and let me tell you i am impressed with this turbo thing lol before i had a built motor i had just broke in (about 800 miles) running a 2.6 kennebell and then came across a deal on this kit i could not pass up. it consist of precision pt76gts with .96 a/r, jgs 50mm wg, jgs 52mm bov 4 inch dp, 4.6 headers reversed, and a custom made bell air/air intercooler. it did not have a intake but i picked up a mmr that uses a 90mm fox body t.b. i am still working out some bug's. i did go to get tuned a couple week's ago but could not get a full run in because the intake tubes kept popping off every time at 17 psi but thanks to dustin and richard at cpr in santee who did some welding here and there it should not be a problem any more,at least i was able to get a good tune and it still put down almost 650 rwh at only 17 psi and about 4800 rpm so i should have no problem reaching my 700 + goal with 21 psi and a little higher rps.

Sounds nice! Congrats. Do you know a guy named Franky with a red '99L? He pretty much went the same route you did. I think he traded his KB for a single kit. He used to live in SD, but I think he's in Murrieta now.

700 on race gas should be no problem. We tuned one a few years back with a 76mm that made 800/800....

LOL! I'll have to call him that the next time I talk to him. Let me know when you guys get out to Qualcomm or go up to Fontana. I wanna see the showdown.
