67mm turbo combo finally tuned!

I finally managed to get up to Rockford, Illinios to see Bob Kurgan to tune my turbo car. Needless to say, the car runs awesome and the dyno numbers couldn't be happier. The experience with Bob was straight to the point, and the tune went easy.

The car has twisted wedge heads, holley systemax intake, F303 camshaft, 75mm accufab throttle body, 60lb injectors with SCT maf/chip.

The turbo kit is a 67mm quicktime turbo kit.

The car on 10 psi made 523 rwhp over 531 torque and the car is just sick on the street.

Thanks again for the great tune KURGAN.

Precision 67mm turbo, this and that.

Kick ass man, great numbers! Glad to see you finally got everything worked out. Told you Bob was the man to take it to.

So has the perma grin worn off yet?

That is awsome.

I can not wait to see what my Dart 347 with a 76mm makes on max kill settings. I don't live near Kurgan but he is sending the base tunes for the AEM.

How much better are the street manners now? Give us a before and after example if you would please.

Makes me wish I had a Quicktime kit... Did you have to do any trimming on anything at all when you installed it or did it pretty much just fall into place?

Carb swap in progress...

Transmission is a Tremec TKO.

Driveability is great, no problems at all whatsoever. Car runs basically like its stock but why in the #### are my tires blowing off at 80mph on the highway?

NOT BAD for a 302 based motor at only 10 psi!!!

I just might go there to get my car tuned then. I just have to change a couple things and hopefully he will tune it for me. Rockford is like 30 mins from me. I see that there is alot of people not to far from me. Im mins from Route 66 we should all race and have some beer.

I have a .68 exhausing too. The car is almost to much power on the street right now, I need to get much bigger tires and the suspension in the rear needs a makeover asap!

Very impressive numbers, are the heads and intake ootb? I'm curious what the same car would do (lose) with the same tuner/dyno with something like an Si-trim and same boost level.

No question about that, just curious as to the difference in this case since it's fairly common combo. I would think about a 50+ hp/tq difference, but that's just a guesstimate. Any porting on your heads/intake? Are you going to race it?
