Do you own a welder?

Honestly, you get what you pay for. Don’t expect that kit to fit flawlessly and to last many years without cracking. It’s cheap, likely produced entirely overseas with God knows what materials. The components won’t necessarily be sized properly….and the kit won’t necessarily fit properly. Keep in mind too that it requires you to run a D&D tubular k-member (as 90% of other companies do).

If/when you get the kit to fit properly….it will lay down the power, there is no doubt about that. How well it goes together and how long it lasts is typically directly reflected in the price of the kit. Of course, what do you expect for a nearly complete $1700 kit.

My advise would be to SAVE up your money for a higher quality kit that will fit better and last longer. I’m not sure what’s currently available for 99+ dohc 4.6’s, so I’d say to give www.turbomustangs.com a gander and see what’s available.

Agreed, the key to any turbo system is a quality turbo as well i've seen cheap turbo's start blowing oil a week out of the box or back from a rebuilder.
