advice on tuning EEC

i have a EEC-tuner on the car in my sig, i have a basic understanding on how to use it and have adjusted the injector size and MAF transfer function seemingly correctly as well as some other minor stuff (turned off the smog, etc.)
i have 2 questions;
1. it's running way too rich, even at idle its enough to choke you out. And the little time (5-10 miles total) that i've driven the car since the turbos, it's rich enough that it stumbles badly at anything short of 3/4 throttle. prior to having the intercooler piping finished i had driven it with the stock maf and injectors obviously running zero boost and it was still running rich, so i dont THINK it's from me modifying the injector and MAF in the EEC incorrectly, but its a possibility. what are some typical mistakes i might have made?

2. When i get the fuel issue worked out, what should i do about timing?
what i'm asking is; what function in the EEC-tuner should i use to pull timing out and how much? i've heard 1 degree per psi but just wanna get opinions.
thanks guys

Is your tune a .bin? I don't no how eec tuner works.

on tweecer you can 55 most spark tables and just use one for the spark. 55 means it will ignore it.

can u log with it too?

yes there a .bin file. im not positive on what your saying with the spark tables, do you mean you the tweecer ignore it so it runs like locking the timing with the spout out?
