Sure you can, the 800 kit came with either .63 or .81 turbine housings. If your going to use 331 inches you should get into the larger housing to keep backpressure down. There was no set rule on what housing you got through incon as stocking parts were always a problem. If you can get the tag numbers off the CHRA's and get them to me or another Garrett dealer we can make sure you have what is what you think it is.
One thing the Incon kits shined at was average power. If your car isn't a porker and your converter works well you shouldn't have a problem achieving your goal.
