BG Turbo Kit Do you have to move charcoal canister?

Anyone who installed a BG kit know if you had to move the charcoal canister?

trying to prep my car while waiting for my kit


Been out of the game since 2011.. looking to get back in in 2019

Yes you'll need to move it. A friend of mine has that kit and he moved his to the inner fender.

I removed mine when I removed the smog pump, EGR lines, etc. I think it may interfere with where the wg is attached....

Everyone says you will smell gas if you get rid of it, anyway to avoid the gas smell?

Been out of the game since 2011.. looking to get back in in 2019

i mounted mine to the bumper support. Just reroute and extended the lines and it was out of the way and hidden

i dont have mine and have never smelled gas.

I wouldnt remove it, I have searched on this topic pretty deeply and it seems more people have issues removing it than those that dont. I would also assume the people who dont have problems park their cars outside or the exhaust stinks so bad they dont notice

FYI on the 94-95 kits you don't have to mess with it at all.....

Where do those rubber lines on that cannister run to? I don't have a cannister right now, and I smell gas big time off and on as I am riding. If anyone has one of these cannisters, I need one. One goes to the gas tank and the other one to check valve then upper intake.
