Do I need an inline pump also?

I am shooting for the magic 500 number.

Fuel system so far is:

Stock lines & rails
42lb. injectors
GSS340

And I know someone selling an inline NOS 15763 pump for $50. Should I throw that in as well or will the in-tank GSS340 be fine?

I think you be fine way it sets but for extra cushion and being cheap could always get the other pump as well.

So the NOS pump will work well in conjunction with the GSS340 right? I just don't want it to cause any issues. They are both HP pumps though.

Add a BAP to your existing pump, and you'll be fine.

If you have a 255 in the tank and a 190 in line, then the 190 is going to basically slow the system down.
Put the right size pump in the tank and be done with it. The BAP is also a good idea, better then a random inline pump. If anything, BAP or another 255 inline.
Find out the exact specs on the NOS pump, sure its a good deal, I got some shiny turds here too, want em????

It flows 67gph @ 45psi.

I already have a GSS340 in-tank.

i ran a 255 in tank w/ a 255 in line on my old motor w/ 42's and a T70 HCI setup. Kept having trouble with it leaning out up top. Inline pump corrected that and picked up almost 2 mph.
