waste gate question

how do i adjust the boost on my waste gate the correct way?right now they have a t fitting in the vaccume line going to the waste gate with a allen head bolt in the middle that screws down into the airway to restrict vaccume i think.what exactly does that do?do i just get a different spring for it to change boost.also i have no idea what brand the waste gate is so how do i get the right spring for it.there is nothing written on it anywhere.can anyone tell me what brand it might be?should there be something comming off the top one that looks broke?thanks

You can leak air from the bottom of the gate or add air to the top to add boost.
