wastegate

I have a 38mm tial wastgate. I was losing the top vacuum hose connection to turn it around. The hole top of the wastegate move is that normal? All the screw are tight.

I'm not exactly sure if that's english, but it looks like you're trying to say the connection for the vacuum line on top of the wastegate is moving? If you used the supplied fittings, they should not spin when you tighten everything down all the way.

I am not talking about were the vacuum connection. What am try to say is if you grad the hole top of the wastegate are you suppose to be able to move it?
