Reflashing a SCT chip

To make a long story short, I live on Guam for now and need to get my SCT chip flashed because the car is running a little rough. Any suggestions on who I should mail my chip so my car will run better? It sucks because there are no tuners or dyno out here. And yes, I know it'll take maybe a few times to get it right.

89GT-347, Vortech S-trim (7 psi), Trickflow (intake, heads, pistons), Meth/water injection, T-56, FAST dual wideband, BBK LT's, FMS 3.73, SCT chip, CHE axle brace, TA performance Girdle, and M/T DR's.
