QUESTION???

I HAVE 94 t-bird with a 3.8. I KNOW FORD HAD A BIG PROBLEM WITH BLOWN HEAD GASKETS THRU THE 90'S ON THE 3.8'S SO I WAS WONDERING IF A 3.8 FROM A 99-04 WOULD WORK IN MY T-BIRD WITH NO PROBLEMS. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

yes, 99-04s are split port, they will not work, you could get a motor from a 97-98, or a 4.2 out of a 97-03 f150

HOW MUCH SHOULD THEY BE MILLED? ALSO ON THE 4.2L I READ THAT YOU HAVE TO USE A DIFFERENT INTAKE BECAUSE THE ONE ON THE 4.2L IS TOO TALL.
