Idler Pulley Replacement

My friend asked me to help him replace the idler pulley on his '94 3.8 Mustang, and I was wondering if anyone has a little advice they can offer me on how to break the idler bolt/nut loose and what the torque spec on these idler bolts/nuts are. I appreciate any assistance. Thanks.
